Wednesday December 3rd -
Breakfast
-1/4 cup egg beaters (Garden Style Blend)
-1 small apple
-8oz milk
-1 english muffin
-5 spray's 0 calorie butter
-1 tbsp jam
Snack 1
-yogurt 80 calories
Lunch
-4oz pork tenderloins
-1 cup snap peas
-1 sweet potato mashed
-1 apple
Snack 2
Dinner
-4oz pork tenderloins
-1 cup snap peas
-2 cups snap peas with pasta a little oil and vinger
Short Term Goal
