-21 green grapes
-1 tuna sandwich with light mayo and relish
Snack 2
-1 tuna sandwich
Dinner
-4oz pork tenderlions
-2 cups pasta with snap peas, vinger, olive oil, and herbs
-1/3 cup snap peas
-1 apple
Feelings
Tomorrow I go in for the liver biopsy. I am so scared. I have never really had surgery and there is a slight but very unlikely possibility I could die during it. I will not be able to write tomorrow more then likely. But if I can I will probably post about my biopsy. Almost my whole family will be there. According to my mom my Aunt Nancy, Aunt Pat, Uncle Dave, Mom, Dad, Brother and Brother's girlfriend Tara will be there. That makes me feel a little uneasy. I am allowed 1 person in the room with me. That is a tough one for me to decide. I would like my mother there but also my father. I need to come to a conclusion by tonight. If I figure it out I will probably post it.

Short Term Goal and Meal
Since this is the start of my blog and have already stated my long term goal. I am now going to start my actual blog.
Wednesday December 3rd -
Breakfast
-1/4 cup egg beaters (Garden Style Blend)
-1 small apple
-8oz milk
-1 english muffin
-5 spray's 0 calorie butter
-1 tbsp jam
Snack 1
-yogurt 80 calories
Lunch
-4oz pork tenderloins
-1 cup snap peas
-1 sweet potato mashed
-1 apple
Snack 2
Dinner
-4oz pork tenderloins
-1 cup snap peas
-2 cups snap peas with pasta a little oil and vinger

Short Term Goal
Long Term Goal and Getting to Know Me
So I found this blog site and see that alot of people seem to use it for weight loss. I decided I would start my own weight loss blog. My highest weight was 341. I am ashamed to even admit that and ashamed of my current weight. I had some problems about a month or so ago with my side. It was a really sharp pain. I didn't know what was wrong with me so I headed over to the ER to at least find where the problem might be. During that time there they discovered that my liver enzymes were very high and that led to many many doctors appointments. That then led to one conclusion and that is that my thyroid was under active. I take meds for that now and hopefully that will get under control. I now see a dietitian every 3 weeks and 2 other doctors as well. On Friday December 5Th at 9 am I go in for a liver biopsy. I am very scared to even go. I don't like the risk that my doctor had told me may happen. Although my hopes are that they can find out whats wrong with me. This is when I will find out if I have a fatty liver or auto immune hepatitis. I am still uncertain of what auto immune hepatitis means but I do know its curable with meds. I have since seeing my dietitian started a 1500 calorie diet. I tend to stay about 300 under the 1500. There is just so much to eat. I never had breakfast and lunch/dinner was always fast food. I have lost about 19 lbs since I have started this weight loss. Below is my long term goal.
I do not get to use the computer much. But I do wish to put in a entry everyday. My entry's will include my meal, how I was/am feeling, and anything I decided to put in. I am not a very strong person with weight loss I have tried to lose weight in the past and when I have giving up I gained it all back plus some. I am someone who needs a helping hand. Anyone who comments me I am more then willing to take any suggestions, recipes, or advice to help myself become a better and healthier weight. I hope out of this I may find friends out there that are going threw this as well. Or maybe one day be able to inspire someone else who will be going threw it.
